GASK CONSULTANTS was founded in 2022 with the aim of providing a wide range of support, development, and business organization services, specializing in the healthcare sector. Since its establishment, GASK has made remarkable progress and has successfully implemented significant projects.

Our Team
Georgios Skourtis
CEO
The founder of GASK Consultants studied Economics at the School of Economic Sciences of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Nottingham Trent University. He has more than 25 years of experience in senior executive roles within large corporate groups in the private healthcare sector, including Hygeia Group, Hellenic Healthcare Group, HMITHEA S.A., and Bioiatriki Group. He has served as General Manager of HMITHEA S.A., the owning company of Henry Dunant Hospital. He has also held the position of General Manager and Board Member at the private maternity hospital Leto Maternity Hospital and at the molecular biology and cytogenetics center ALAB. Additionally, he has served as a Board Member at the private general hospital MITERA Hospital and at the stem cell bank Stem Health. He has also held the role of General Manager of Secondary Healthcare Services at the Bioiatriki Group. Beyond the private healthcare sector, he has worked in the textile industry with Evridtex and in the production and distribution of medical supplies with Alpaco.
Theodora Christaki
Partner
She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. She also holds two postgraduate degrees: one in Business Administration – Total Quality Management (MBA–TQM) from the University of Piraeus, and one in Healthcare Unit Management from Le Cnam – René Descartes College. She worked for over 20 years in the private healthcare sector, serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of the Quality Assurance and Training Department at Henry Dunant Hospital. She was a key contributor to the hospital’s achievement of Joint Commission International accreditation. As a Quality Systems Consultant, she has participated in the certification of organizations across the healthcare, tourism, food, cosmetics, waste management, and technical/construction sectors, as well as in the calculation and verification of carbon footprints within the respective industries.
Petros Polychronopoulos
Financial Analyst
He is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business, with specialization in Statistics, Quality Control, and Operations Research. As a Data Analyst at Oralis Dental Center, he developed tools for the utilization of data and performance indicators (KPIs) and served as project lead for process optimization initiatives. He has also participated in the development of Management Information Systems (MIS) in secondary healthcare units.
Ioannis Rigas
Financial / Tax Advisor
After completing his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Piraeus (BSc, MSc) and his professional training at Deloitte, Ioannis Rigas pursued a career within the “Big Four” as a Tax Advisor and Auditor. He has also worked as Accounting Director for Greek and multinational companies. His expertise covers Greek and international taxation for both businesses and individuals. Since 2021, he has founded a tax advisory services firm in Greece.
Giannis Charalampakis
IT Consultant
He is an Electronics and Automation Systems Engineer, specializing in Computer Engineering and Technology, and holds a Project Management certification from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He worked for twenty years in multinational companies and banks, including Eurobank Ergasias and Millennium Bank, among others. Since 2015, he has been the Founder and CEO of PROFIT. PROFIT is an official partner of Microsoft, Dell, HP, Cisco, Fortinet, Acronis, Bitdefender, and Epsilon Net. The company is staffed with IT engineers (Systems & Software Engineers) certified in Microsoft, Fortinet, and Epsilon Net technologies. They design IT solutions tailored to the specific needs of each organization and strengthen business security through integrated protection solutions, including firewalls, disaster recovery, and systems hardening.
Elis Mucelli
Software Engineer | Solution Architect
He is a Software Engineer and Solutions Architect with extensive experience in the design and implementation of websites, mobile applications, and e-commerce platforms. He focuses on creating reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions that effectively support business objectives. He brings strong end-to-end project management experience, from the initial analysis phase through delivery and continuous evolution, ensuring that each solution is fully aligned with both business needs and end-user requirements. He has contributed to the design and development of complex systems, including enterprise platforms, integrated e-commerce environments, and customer-facing applications, seamlessly connecting multiple systems into unified, efficient digital ecosystems.
